This recently renovated hotel is centrally located in S’Arenal on Playa de Palma, one of Mallorca’s best-known tourist resorts - just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It is a well-kept, detached building with six floors and a total area of approx. 857 m². All floors are easily accessible by elevator.

The 24 rooms are furnished with box-spring beds and each has two single beds (can be joined together), a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, safe, smart TV and a private balcony.

The complex has several communal areas, including a small sun terrace with pool, which offers guests space to relax.

On the first floor there is a commercial space with a valid bar/cafeteria license and a terrace at street level with seating for around 30 outside and 30 inside. There is also a small reception area and a communal kitchen.

The hotel is located close to the beach, the beach promenade and numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. Public transport links are also available in the immediate vicinity.

A well-kept hotel with good facilities, a good location and lots of potential.
