He is considered one of the most successful investors in the world. As of January 2022, his fortune was $113 billion (according to Wikipedia).<\/p>\n

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Spain (BHHS), a Spanish subsidiary of Warren Buffett’s real estate company, continues to expand in Spain with the aim of becoming a leader in the luxury residential real estate market.<\/p>\n

In October 2019, Warren Buffet<\/strong> magnate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices<\/strong>, his network of estate agencies, began operating in Spain thanks to their alliance with Larvia, one of the country’s main real estate agencies. Both companies have started operating under the name Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Larvia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Although the goal is to increase the number of offices and turnover, the immediate strategy would be not only to double the size in the country’s two main cities, but also to grow in the cities where there is stable demand. And that includes Mallorca. It is expected to open 40 offices in the next ten years.Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will focus on the sale of luxury flats & villas from 700,000 euros.<\/p>\n
