All the more beautiful is the fact that the two current owners, Susanne and Franz Wendlik, visited the finca with our long-time sales professional Ben M\u00fcller and immediately fell in love. He is a doctor with his own practice, she comes from the hotel industry with a lot of experience in the event and marketing sector.<\/p>\n

“It’s a project of the heart”, say the two, and you can feel that from the first minute you enter the property. Even from a distance, you can see the 30 or so palm trees that partly line the impressive driveway to Finca Limoncello. Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy a homemade Limoncello spritz (made from our own organic lemons) on the pool terrace - this is how you start your holiday! The five individually designed rooms with en-suite bathrooms have such melodious names as Vanilla, Chilli, Aubergine, Olive and Chocolat and have a special design concept. There is plenty of space for a maximum of 10 guests: cosy living room area, beautiful conservatory overlooking the pool and garden, country kitchen. Relaxed holidays far away from mass tourism<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]On the 18000 m2 property with its own orchard, you can unwind, listen to the rustle of palm trees and the birds, or take a short walk to the private “Romantic Hill with a magnificent 360-degree view”. The surrounding area can be explored at leisure on foot or by bike (free for guests). Finca Limoncello is about 30 minutes by car from Palma and the airport, as well as from the beautiful Playa de Muro in the north. Charming towns such as Sineu (Mallorca’s only farmers’ market - always on Wednesdays), Petra and Sant Joan can be reached in five to ten minutes. Here you will find numerous restaurants, bars and various shopping facilities.<\/p>\n
