At Son Sant Joan Airport, there will be 15% more flights between November and March than in the same period in 2019, which corresponds to approximately 41,000 flight movements.<\/p>\n

This also means that the number of available seats will increase by around 20%. Of course, the many connections between Mallorca and the Spanish mainland as well as to the other Balearic Islands play a major role here. Full occupancy for restaurant interiors<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Since last week, bars, restaurants and caf\u00e9s on the Balearic Islands have been allowed to use 100 per cent of their indoor areas again. This was decided by the Balearic government at a joint meeting with the trade unions. Previously, the occupancy rate in the indoor areas was still 75 per cent. The obligation to wear a mask when entering and leaving the bars and the ban on smoking on the terraces will remain in place. According to the government, further relaxation will be discussed in 15 days.<\/p>\n

And for those who don’t know - you can visit ANY restaurant on Mallorca. There is no 2G or 3G regulation.<\/p>\n

There will also be a new edition of the popular tapas fair TaPalma this year, the date for which has now been announced. To kick off Tapas Week, there will first be the official awards ceremony for the best tapa and cocktail at the Palace of Congress on Monday 22 November. The Tapas Fair will then run from 24 November to 28 November. During this time, various establishments in Palma will be offering the tapas and cocktails that have taken part in the competition.<\/p>\n
