Since May the 2nd, the Marivent Gardens in Palma, in the district of Cala Major, have been open to the public for the first time. The Balearic Government has invested around \u20ac 200,000 in the last few weeks and months for repairs. In this context, a fence was also installed to protect the privacy of the Spanish royal family. The beautiful garden is located on the site of the summer residence of the Royals. Once King Felipe and his family are on Mallorca, the gardens are closed.
\nOver an area of \u200b\u200bmore than 9,000 square meters, visitors can admire twelve sculptures by the Catalan artist Joan Mir\u00f3. The Marivent Gardens are open every day. For those arriving by public transport, use lines 3, 20 and 46 of the EMT services and get off at the Marivent stop in Cala Major.<\/br><\/p>\n
