The request for properties in the surrounding areas of Palma has increased in recent times. In the city there is a shortage of surface \u2013 often there is no playground for children and it lacks parking places. As it becomes more and more difficult to find interesting real estates at a good price performance ratio, an increasing number of people have more interest in the numerous surrounding areas of Palma, such as Establiments<\/strong>, La Vileta<\/strong>, Son Espanyolet<\/strong>, Son Sardina<\/strong>, or Son Vida<\/strong> which is still in very high demand. The area has a lot to offer \u2013 mostly very quiet and surrounded by nature, and the necessary infrastructure is within walking distance or just a few driving minutes away und the city center can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
\nPalma\u2019s surroundings also offer some special attractions such as \u201eSon Amar\u201c<\/a> \u2013 the world-famous dinner show with spectacular artists and equilibrists at a high international level. This summer there is a new highlight - the \u201cBright Nights\u201d of \u201cJardines de Alfabia\u201d. The gardens are located on the road to Soller, with valuable historical elements. The visitors are invited to experience here a dinner in front of the backdrop of the Arabian gardens. In parallel there are little shows and music performances. It gives you the feeling to be at a special place. The \u201cBright Nights\u201d<\/a> will start in June and take place from Wednesday till Saturday. The gastronomic part is provided by the Tast-Group, which has several restaurants in Palma de Mallorca.<\/br>
\nAlso golf sports lovers will find their full satisfaction in the surroundings of Palma with some of the best places on the island, as for example the golf course of Son Muntaner, Golf Son Vida, Golf Son Quint or Golf Son Termens. On the other hand the considerable numbers of international and Spanish private schools attract more and more families with children to the surroundings of Palma. There is for instance the Queens College in Bonanova, a new international school shall be opened in summer 2017 in La Vileta, and near Son Vida there are two prestigious Spanish private schools. The school \u201eEscola Global\u201c in the area of Parc Bit near the University, on the road to Valldemossa, is especially appreciated by foreigners. <\/p>\n

Finally we recommend, as a special tip the cattle ranch \u201cSon Mayol\u201d. \u201cFinca Son Mayol\u201d <\/a>is a natural oasis directly in front of Palma\u2019s city gates. \u201cSon Mayol\u201d is an agricultural enterprise with own Black Angus cattle breeding and direct on-site sale.
