With no sign over the door and a hidden location close to Avenida Jaime III and the shopping arcade of C&amp;A, it still feels like an insider secret and looks like a private London club. <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">In the immediate vicinity<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Hotel Born<\/span>, one enters <span class=\"hps\">the premises<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">via a<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">patio with<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">light shining<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from the inside<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">flickering candles<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">outside. You enter a small but distinguished bar, with a hint of an English gentleman\u2019s club. Two magnificent metal lanterns hang from the ceiling; there are leather chairs, and an impressively stocked humidor. Pass by the humidor and the club-style book-lined shelves and you enter the main bar and restaurant, decorated with cream-painted wood, mirrors and mirrored glass, chandeliers, nice furniture and a long bar under a handsome stone-vaulted ceiling.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\"> Carlos Pom\u00e9s\u00b4s well-prepared Mediterranean cuisine includes dishes than can be ordered as a main plate or as a generous tapa. We recommend ordering several dishes to share because they are all very very delicious. Especially recommended is the Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Bellota and Jam\u00f3n Extra de Salamanca. The Mallorcan bread <span class=\"hps atn\">&#8220;<\/span>Pan de Cristal&#8221; fits perfectly. Excellent is also the Caprese salad with juicy tomatoes, fresh basil and an excellent buffalo mozzarella. One of our highlights are the fantastic prepared Alcachofas con Parmesano - artichokes with Parmesan - a single poem! Very special is also the <strong>Tast Club<\/strong> Tortilla de Patata <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>potato tortilla) which is cooked thin and juicy. The menu for the desserts offers all sorts of interesting delicacies. The Tast Club is an atmospheric place to eat in the Mediterranean style, sharing food and experiencing different tastes and textures with friends and business partners.
