Deia International Music Festival<\/b><\/p>\n

The 2025 Dei\u00e0 International Music Festival<\/b> once again invites classical music lovers to immerse themselves in a transcendent summer of concerts set within Mallorca\u2019s most breathtaking landscapes. As it stretches from June through September, the Festival blends centuries of musical tradition with daring contemporary voices\u2014all framed by the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains and the azure Mediterranean.<\/p>\n

A Festival Born of Passion and Place<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Established in 1978 by musician Patrick Meadows, the Festival originated from humble beginnings\u2014a modest \u201cparamusical workshop\u201d in Dei\u00e0\u2019s village church. Over nearly fifty years, it has evolved into a benchmark of European classical music, celebrated for its \u201ccollaboration of international artists and the undeniable quality of its music programmes\u201d. Today, under the artistic direction of Alfredo Oy\u00e1guez Montero (since 2000), the Festival continues to champion both classical tradition and innovation.<\/p>\n

Dates & Venues: Music Across the West<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

From 14 May to 24 September 2025<\/b>, the Festival features approximately 50 concerts<\/b> at iconic venues across Dei\u00e0, Valldemossa, and Palma, with additional performances in Sencelles and Soller.<\/p>\n
