Canela, opened in 2013,\u00a0 - un absolutely trendy location -\u00a0 is owned by Mallorcan chef Fabian Fuster and his partner Irene Rigo. Canela is very busy at night \u2013 word of the great food has spread \u2013 so you need to book a table.\u00a0This isn\u2019t a place to dine if you\u2019re under time pressure. Especially the tables outside in summer time are always very popular. Chef cook Fabian \u2013 who has worked in Amsterdam and London restaurants \u2013 bases his cuisine on seasonal fresh products. The menu offers typical Mediterranean dishes as well as Med\/Asian fusion.
