Offer<\/h3>\n

Our offer is subject to confirmation and is made on the basis of the information provided to us by the seller\/landlord or third parties. We cannot assume any liability for the correctness and completeness.
\nErrors and prior sale\/letting are reserved.<\/p>\n

Passing on of information<\/h3>\n

Our offers and communications are intended exclusively for the recipients of the offers. In the event of disclosure to third parties without our consent, the offeree shall pay us the commission upon conclusion of the main contract by the third party.<\/p>\n

Building Law Situation<\/h3>\n

All details are based exclusively on information provided to us by our clients. We do not assume any liability for the completeness, correctness and up-to-dateness of this information. As a matter of principle, we recommend having the building law situation checked by a specialist lawyer.<\/p>\n

Taxes<\/h3>\n

Taxes, notary and land registry fees are to be paid by the buyer.<\/p>\n

Prior knowledge<\/h3>\n

If the offeree is already aware of the saleability \/ rentability of a property proven by us, he is obliged to inform us immediately in writing, at the latest within 8 days.<\/p>\n

Commission<\/h3>\n

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the buyer does not pay any commission. This does not apply to properties from the bank portfolio. In this case, a separate brokerage agreement must be concluded in advance. Upon conclusion of a rental\/lease agreement with a term of up to 5 years, Private Property Mallorca will charge the tenant\/leaseholder the sum of 2 months’ rent plus VAT based on the monthly rent agreed at the time of conclusion of the agreement (in the case of graduated rent, based on the average rent for the fixed term of the agreement).<\/p>\n

Follow-up business<\/h3>\n

We are also entitled to a commission claim if further agreements are concluded in temporal and economic connection with the first contract brokered or proven by us.<\/p>\n

Place of jurisdiction<\/h3>\n

The place of jurisdiction for registered traders is Palma de Mallorca.<\/p>\n
